F45 Nambour is a workout studio owned by Jacqueline Foster. This workout studio has people training here multiple times a day. Therefore, the quality of the fit-out needed to be premium. It required a lot of space since people must move around the studio to do various exercises like ball slams, burpees, and rope throws.

Challenges
Projects such as F45 Nambour have stringent guidelines regarding how things should look when the work is over. This didn't stop our team from continually meeting with the owner to modify design elements and ensure the studio is at its most functional and high quality.

Solution
Our team took less than two months to transform the empty retail space into a fully functional F45 studio where hundreds of people exercise weekly. To create the workout studio meant we had to strip everything to find the water and sewerage systems. This helped us to easily install showers, toilets, and all functional spaces for the gym. Our team ensured that the studio had enough space so that everyone going to the studio got around freely.
